Jorge Alberto Hernández

Public Accountant by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Has a Master degree in Finance and Economics by the University of East Anglia, UK. In 1997 he worked for Deloitte & Touche. He joined Gulesserian Consultores since its founding and has successfully completed several complex transactions from the structuring of public and private projects to its funding within the transportation, water and energy sectors. He also participated as a member of the Technical Committee of Trust for two highway toll roads in the state of Durango. Mr. Hernandez has ample experience in financial structuring of infrastructure projects.
